Fort White Community Thrift Shop is our partner in caring for Fort White and surrounding communities. FWTCS helps with our food distribution, NCFYM helps with their Backpack Program and supports Young Motivators Operations.

Andreia Nichols
Young Motivators Commander
Andreia has mentored youth in North Central Florida for over 25 years, first as
leader of the local Boy Scouts of America troop, then leading the North Central
Florida Young Marines (part of the national Young Marines organization).
She and her growing team of volunteers have a 90% success rate, and have mentored approximately 500 at-risk young people, primarily from low income and/or single parent homes. Even youth considered disabled from childhood have become productive adult members of society through her dedication to their success.
Dexter Fleming Director, Food Operations
After graduating Young Marines, Dexter joined National Guard Armory specializing in artillery. He now serves in the Florida National Guard, and provides leadership, support and discipline for Young Motivators when not on active duty.
Ashleigh Fleming, Youth Operations
Ashleigh assists the volunteers and program advisors in implementing and maintaining all aspects of youth operations.
She entered Young Marines at age 8, and is now a senior in high school.
Brad Lobenberg Advisor, Youth Programs
Brad is the lead instructor in window tinting, a program that gives youth a start in a career-building industry. His 30 years experience as a master craftsman make him uniquely qualified to oversee and advise our Young Motivators in many of our operations.
