Young Motivators host and participate in routine training with local and national Law Enforcement. We proudly work with National Family Partnership, creators of the Red Ribbon drug awareness campaign.
We incorporate Drug Demand Reduction (DDR) into all our programs. Young Motivators make presentations to their peers and distribute Red Ribbon materials at local high schools and middle schools each year, helping reduce the scourge of drug use in Columbia County, Florida.
Food Pantry Operations
School schedules permitting, Young Motivators help with weekly food distribution. Whether sunny or rainy, they help adult volunteers portion, carry, and load nutritious foods into the waiting vehicles at our weekly drive-thru distributions.
Working at Thomas Nichols Farms, Young Motivators plant, tend, and harvest fresh produce which is then donated to our recipients.

Clean Highways
North Central Florida Young Motivators participate in the Litter-Free Florida Highways Program, helping the Florida Department of Transportation keep Florida beautiful.
Backpack Program
Fort White Community Thrift Shop
Young Motivators partner with the Fort White Community Thrift Backpack Program to provide weekend meals for eligible children in food-insecure households. Foods that are ready-to-eat and safely opened by children are stuffed into backpacks for children who rely on school meals during the week.
Fort White Community Thrift Shop is a treasured supporter and highly regarded in our community.
Community Appreciation
In October of 2023, our Commander, Andreia Nichols, was recognized by the Cherry Hill Masonic Lodge for over 20 years of serving and helping to feed the Fort White Community.
The celebratory dinner included Young Motivators, adult volunteers, local officals, and business leaders.

Helping Citizens and Schools
Our Young Motivators tutor children during or after school and provide social and education activities.
Young Motivators help veterans, seniors and women in need by delivering groceries or meals, mowing lawns and raking leaves, cleaning homes or windows, organizing belongings, household chores, and even hosting holiday meals.
Working with Eagle Scouts
NCF Young Motivators networks with other youth programs, including local Scouting Troops.
Here our group is helping Eagle Scouts with playground construction and maintenance in nearby High Springs, Florida.

K-9 Power
Young Motivators socialize and train dogs, from puppies through their first year or more. These dogs are then donated to disabled veterans in need. K-9 Power is an opportunity for youth to overcome any fear of dogs and assume responsiblilty by caring for animals.

EmployU offers adult and youth employment services which include on-the-job training with local businesses. EmployU's training and resources help Young Motivators become ready to achieve independence and develop lifelong careers.
